Located along the I-270 Tech Corridor, Bank of America’s 56,000-sq.-ft. corporate office comprises four floors in the Tower Building.

DPR is extremely pleased with this Bank of America project. In spite of the Owner delaying release of the project by one month, the DPR team completed this corporate office tenant improvement two days ahead of schedule with zero defects.

Because of the smooth completion of this project, the Tower Building’s owner has asked DPR to build several other projects, including the Tower Building Fitness Center.
